Vintage LVC 201 Jeans. The 201 model was created to offer an affordable, durable option for workers, as not everyone could afford the premium 501 line. The phrase "They are positively superior" was part of the marketing on the original patch to emphasize their quality despite the lower price point. The original 201 jeans included period-specific details like a cinch-back buckle on the waist, exposed copper rivets on the back pockets and crotch, and suspender buttons. Belt loops were added later, in the 1920s models.
